Place Your Order - You can place your order within minutes through our Order Form. During the signup process, you will be required to pay the setup fee(s) (if any) and also the first month's fee in advance.

Start Up - Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a welcome message from us explaining how to log in to our customer center and provide instructions to your assigned staff. Generally, your staff will be assigned and will be ready to start work within 48 hours of your order being received. You can keep in touch with your assigned staff through instant messenger, email and our Job Tracker system.
